Born in Chonburi, Thailand and raised in the vibrant city of Atlanta, Georgia, Tola Mak is known as the visionary among his peers. His unwavering passion for crafting stunning environments resonates deeply within the realms of design and construction. With a century’s worth of entrepreneurial experience under his belt, Tola has owned and operated a flourishing design and build firm, as well as numerous beloved local establishments including restaurants, salons, and suite rentals. Having personally navigated the challenges of both creation and operation, Tola possesses an intimate understanding of what it takes to bring a dream to life. His heartfelt commitment to assisting aspiring dreamers extends far beyond the call of duty, showcasing his genuine dedication to helping others succeed.

Judy Keo- Judy, a native of Atlanta, Georgia, began her career as an entrepreneur in the beauty industry before moving to Alaska to open a nail salon and pursue a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Alaska Anchorage. Graduating in 2016 and returning to Georgia in 2017, Judy transitioned to accounting, gaining experience in public accounting, manufacturing, A&E, and construction finance. Driven by a belief in doing good and paying it forward, she embodies tenacity and adaptability, with a versatile skill set spanning start-ups, accounting practices, and industry dynamics.
Known for her critical thinking and problem-solving skills, Judy optimizes processes and delivers superior results. Her passion for learning and leadership extends to coaching a high school ladies’ golf team, inspiring the younger generation to strive for success. In her leisure time, she enjoys cooking, crafting, baking, and spending quality time with family and friends, engaging in activities like fishing, golfing, hiking, and playing pickleball. Judy’s commitment to her profession, family, hobbies, and coaching makes her a well-rounded and dedicated professional.
Judy Keo
A refugee of Loas and a son of an Elite U.S. Army Ranger. I have been in the construction industry for 30 years. Education from Center Industry of Technology, Gwinnett Technical College and Southern Poly State University w/a Degree in Commercial Construction Management, also a Certified Commercial Building Inspector, Certified Commercial Building Estimator and Certified Contract Administrator. Worked as an electrician, carpenter, plumber, metal roof installer, Commercial Site Superintendent and currently a Commercial Construction Project Manager for the last decade. Constructed/Remodel interior/exterior commercial retail and grocery projects ranges within $2 to $6 million. Client Affiliation are Publix Supermarket, Aldi Supermarket, Sprout Supermarket, Orange Theory and private developers.
