Tola Mak CEO/Business Development- Raised in Atlanta after being born in Chonburi, Thailand, Tola Mak is a visionary leader passionate about design, construction, and cultural unity. With extensive experience founding successful businesses—restaurants, salons, and suite rentals—Tola brings a unique perspective and dedication to TKG Contractors.

Alongside our founding partners, he has built a thriving design and build firm that reflects a century of combined entrepreneurial experience. Tola’s commitment to supporting others on their journey is evident in his collaborative spirit and dedication to celebrating the diversity that defines our community.

Judy Keo CFO/Business Development/Office Admin – An Atlanta native, Judy Keo began as an entrepreneur in the beauty industry, later opening a nail salon in Alaska while earning her B.S. in Accounting from the University of Alaska Anchorage. Returning to Georgia in 2017, Judy built a robust career in accounting, specializing in public accounting, manufacturing, A&E, and construction finance. Known for her critical thinking and problem-solving skills, she excels in optimizing processes and driving exceptional results. A believer in doing good and paying it forward, Judy embodies tenacity and versatility across start-ups, accounting, and industry dynamics.

Judy’s passion for leadership extends to coaching a high school ladies’ golf team, inspiring young athletes to achieve their best. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, crafting, baking, and spending quality time outdoors with family and friends.

Rick Imanivong COO/Sr Project Manager – As a proud son of a U.S. Army Ranger and a refugee from Laos, Rick Imanivong brings 30 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry. His educational background spans the Center for Industry and Technology, Gwinnett Technical College, and Southern Polytechnic State University, where he earned a degree in Commercial Construction Management. Rick is a certified Commercial Building Inspector, Estimator, and Contract Administrator, underscoring his technical expertise and commitment to excellence.

Throughout his career, Rick has mastered multiple trades, including electrical, carpentry, plumbing, and metal roofing. He has held key roles as a Commercial Site Superintendent and, for the past decade, as a seasoned Commercial Construction Project Manager. Rick has managed complex construction and remodel projects for top commercial clients like Publix, Aldi, Sprouts, and Orange Theory, with budgets ranging from $2 to $6 million. His dedication to quality and efficiency has made him a trusted professional in delivering high-impact retail and grocery projects, aligning closely with the goals of developers and clients alike.
